TriMax workstation system for high-tech environments
TriMax is our answer to the requirements of Industry 4.0. We have developed this system for environments in which skilled workers measure and document on a daily basis. Electronic components are becoming ever smaller and more sensitive, which is why TriMax offers maximum ESD safety. The design can be adapted to new processes almost without tools, which minimises changeover times in production. TriMax is available in Light, Comfort and Premium versions to cover different levels of complexity and requirements.
SINTRO workstation system: Flexible thanks to modular design
We have designed SINTRO as a versatile modular system for modern assembly. The system enables continuous electro-hydraulic height adjustment so that skilled workers can adapt the table to their height. The gripping paths are optimised, which also reduces physical strain during everyday work. A special feature is the material supply according to the FIFO principle. This allows components to be fed in the correct sequence, which supports low-waste processes. The VARIO multifunctional arm with three joints also allows tools to be positioned precisely within a radius of 500 mm.
SINTRO PACKEN workstation system: Mechanised support in logistics
SINTRO PACKEN optimises the material flow in logistics, shipping, incoming and outgoing goods. We integrate technical aids such as roller conveyors directly into the work surface to speed up the handling of parcels. An electric lifting unit with spindle drive moves the platform at a speed of 40 mm / second. The lifting range of 500 mm allows exact adjustment to the height of your teams and handles the lifting of heavy loads. Specialised trays for cardboard boxes and integrated cutting devices complete the packing station.
QUADRO workstation systems: Integration of technology and media
The QUADRO columns have an internal brush strip that allows cables to disappear safely inside. This keeps the work surface tidy and protects the technology. We achieve a surface load of up to 200 kilograms with this system. A cable tray under the table top accommodates electrical insert strips, which we customise with modules for power or data. This makes QUADRO ideal for demanding tasks in research or for high-quality assembly stations.

With QUADRO twin, we offer a stable base in a traditional design. The four-legged frame conveys clarity and ensures high stability. The columns are electrically height-adjustable and we can integrate 19-inch superstructures for testing technology on request. The system not only focuses on state-of-the-art technology, but also on aesthetic and tidy workstation systems for professional laboratories.

Für technische Anwendungen rüsten wir BASIC mit 19-Zoll-Aufbauten nach DIN 41 494 aus, die Mess- und Prüfgeräte sicher aufnehmen.

We support every project with expert advice. We start by analysing your challenge - new build or renovation?
Our sales department then concretises the task and develops solution proposals that include technical drawings and a detailed offer. After discussing and negotiating the conditions, production takes place at our premises. The finished workstation system is usually delivered within six to eight weeks.
Alternatively, we offer the option of customising elements on our website and sending them to us via a request list. Our sales department will then contact you to clarify the details. We offer each customer individualised conditions that are tailored to their specific requirements.

Customised production is one of our greatest strengths. All KARL products are consistently modular in design. This enables us to produce exactly the right workstation for every customer. You can also choose from a wide catalogue of add-ons such as lighting, power supply or special shelves.
No, there are no minimum quantities at KARL. As we have our own production facilities, we manufacture individual items with the same precision and care as large series.
The regular delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of the order. This period includes internal order processing, customised production in our factory in Bavaria and final delivery.
